Shipping and returns
Our shop sells curated Books Boxes. All our prices are inclusive of tax, shipping costs in addition. Prices are displayed by default with German VAT included (7% for books).
The prices applied will be proposed to you in Euro (€) before the order confirmation, after the choice of your delivery address and the method of payment.
We ship your Books Box all other the Deutsche Post Zone Europe*:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands) France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part)
Orders are being dispatched within max. 5 working days after receiving your payment. The following delivery methods will be offered:
- Pick-up at our shop (please make an appointment based on a 15min-slots calendar that will automatically be sent to you by e-mail following your order confirmation)
- With tracking number (can be followed online with proof of delivery) you will be refunded in full (or the items will be returned to you) in case of loss.
- Economic Delivery (Deutsche Post Service) without tracking.

For more security, always prefer the shipping method with tracking number.
Free shipping costs
We offer a free shipping for all orders according to the following conditions:
- Germany: order amount over 80€
- Zone Europe*: order amount over 150€
All requests for reimbursement for packaging and/or order and its contents must be made within three days of receipt of the box.
In case of defects items and/or if customer already has the same item at home, the customer will be given the opportunity to have a new item sent.
There won't be any refund. If a box or an order does not arrive, this will not give rise to any further compensation. In all cases, the responsibility of Totem Bookshop is limited to the value of the subscription or order.
